The Get Involved page on the wiki is a good place to start to get a sense of who is doing what. The Contacts List
page should be the next stop and I would urge both new and old team members to fill in their contact information immediately.
The other project pages to look out for are: Open Tech Project, Open Operations Projects and Open Documentation Projects. I would urge the teams in charge of these areas to log in the developments on these pages and keep them current. The recent changes page is the place to keep track of the changes on the wiki.
The next thing to do is to join the Vote Report India community at Twitter, Google Group (open community group, different from this group), Facebook, Orkut, and SMSGupShup to seed them. We need to put together an aggressive outreach plan in the next 2-3 days to build the Vote Report India community.
You also need to add your photos and short bios on the Core Team page, in the Friends of Vote Report India section at the bottom. You'll need to first upload a 75X75 photo using this link and then insert it above your bio. The smaller Core Team section is a work-in-progress list that will grow as some of the present members of the team become more active and new members join the team.
